We had just purchased our first new home and had incurred a lot of expenses. They were willing to work with not only our low credit, but the insurance and gap people, as well to help get us into a car when our rental ran out. Even with our old loan still showing, they were able to show the banks the insurance/gap were paying it off. MANY other dealers weren't willing to work with our situation, but since they are a larger company they were able to still make things happen. We were afraid of needing to uber for an extended length of time and didn't want to throw money down the drain. They were caring enough to take not only our business but to also give us a loaner car until our car was ready. They also drove our car up from another dealer which made the sale. We had our hearts in our old kia sorento (we originally talked with the managers at kia next door), but were able to find something comparable in size and price, with less miles, more warranty and coverage, and a few extra bells and whistles our old car didn't have. After purchasing, they did a full inspection and checked our brakes, they also gave us a week to comment on any scratches/chips/or things not working correctly, that they will fix. On top of that, they were able to work across dealers under "Fred Anderson" to ensure we got the car we wanted/needed in a timely manner so we wouldn't continue to incur out of pocket expenses. They even brought a car from the neighbor store to do a side by side comparison. This whole process from the date of total to the date of purchase was 2 weeks, however working with the Nissan team of Raleigh was a 3 day process due to our situation. We are just thankful they could work with our situation and help us out! Also, due to us getting a car from the fayetteville store, there wasn't room to lessen the price, but they worked with us to keep our payment lower while including protection and gap insurance. Overall, we experienced a rainbow after the storm, and are quite happy with our decision to go with Fred Anderson! More

Way too often I go into a dealership and I went into Fred Anderson Nissan knowing I needed to make a purchase of a vehicle in the next couple months. Way too often I go into a dealership and I am rushed and pressed into making a decision or felt as if I am wasting the sales reps time. However, my experience with Adam Hussein was completely the opposite. Never have I had a sales rep spend so much time explaining all the features of the vehicles that would fit my needs after letting him know that I cannot make a purchase for a couple months. He still took the time and effort to show me all the midsize and fullsize SUVs without any pressure to have to buy today. I will definitely be back to buy a car once I am able and will only buy from Adam. Thanks Fred Anderson Nissan and Adam for the great customer experience. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and if he didn’t have the answer he got it. My husband and I felt the whole experience was about us and our being happy with our purchase. Made My Day! I was connected to Rhodney Barnette thru a mutual acquaintance. We had exchanged numbers and I called him. We set and appointment. He asked me what I was looking for, He said what he could do. The next day I went out to the dealership and met him face to face. I did everything that he asked of me. Each step of the way he explained why he asked what he asked and told me to do what I did. At the end of the day, when I left Fred Anderson Nissan of Raleigh, I had a fresh used vehicle under me driving! Rhodney was upfront and straight with his work and taking care of me. I was a Mazda man. I had been dealing with them for years. Tried to see if I could get into another vehicle there. Not only did I not get into another vehicle, I was asked if I could get a co-signer to possibly get into another vehicle. At Fred Anderson, I was able to get into another vehicle without a co-signer and was able to get it on the strength of myself. I couldn't ask for anything more! I then contacted Fred Anderson via their website to convey my displeasure with how Vincent handled my request. What company immediately sends you a text? Instead of receiving an email reply from a senior uninvolved neutral party, at Fred Anderson, the response came directly from Vincent. How outrageous is that? I have used the service dept. at Fred Anderson for about five years. The service dept. is outstanding. I give them the highest rating. However, I can not say the same about my initial sales dept. experience. Insult was then added to injury when I received an email response from the person that I took issue with initially. Fred Anderson, your sales and customer complaint communication practices are lacking at best. More
