If I could have given zero stars I would have! ! This service department is by far the rudest, uneducated and unprofessional service department I have ever seen. Not only did they not put oil back ! This service department is by far the rudest, uneducated and unprofessional service department I have ever seen. Not only did they not put oil back in my parents' vehicle which left them stranded on the side of the road, but they will not take responsibility for what they done. The vehicle clearly had NO OIL in it, even though it had just left the dealership parking lot after having an OIL change... so next time you go to have your oil changed at this shady place I would check your car BEFORE pulling off the lot... I glued it back together and reinstalled it but it had a small gap underneath it and was afraid it would leak. I ordered the part ahead of visit so the sail would be in stock. Ryan met me upon arrival and put it in the shop for repair. In a few minutes he came out and told me it needed an antenna also and the cost would be about $668.00. I approved repair. Upon completion he gave me the bill which I paid. I did not read the invoice until we got out to car and I noticed I still had a gap under antenna. I inquired why and he said roof was dented. Well I just paid $668.00 and still had same problem . Why did they start the repair if they couldn’t fix it. I looked and there was a very light dent. He then said it would have to go to body shop for repair. Why didn’t he tell me he couldn’t repair it properly until the dent was repaired. So now I am out $668.00 and still have a problem. I called next day and asked for the service manager. He wasn’t available but would return my call. Later Ryan called me and told me he had been instructed to call me and was very argumentative that he told me about dent when he gave me the repair estimate. He did not. Service manager never has called. More
I have been taking my car for service to Fred Anderson since 2020. Every single time I take my car in for a simple oil change or tire rotation, I never leave without it costing me over $500! I am a widow, since 2020. Every single time I take my car in for a simple oil change or tire rotation, I never leave without it costing me over $500! I am a widow, new to the area and have to trust what I am being told is required. I had just purchased my car in 2019 from a Toyota dealership that had replaced and guaranteed everything was in excellent condition. I know all these maintenance items are not required but they scare me into believing they are. I just took my car in for a simple oil change and they could not shut my hood (which was completely fine) blaming the hinge which will cost ME $300! Then I was told I needed an alignment and new tires. I had my car inspected at Fred Anderson in October and was told everything was great, especially the tires as I did ask. This simple oil change is now cost me $1,500!! I am contacting the Better Business Bureau as others, especially women need to be aware of this awful business practices. I feel very taken advantage of. Shame on your business practices and I will be placing more reviews as it is important for people to beware of getting scared into purchasing whatever you’re selling that day. More

My family has bought and paid for many vehicles over the years but will never shop here again. When a customer, in good standing is due for an oil change, and a tire rotation, you should probably do your job. Fred Anderson is the only place this vehicle has ever been serviced & for managers to argue with a customer about the time of the oil change is absurd. We are 200 miles over due, YOU put the sticker on this car, yet refused to change a young man's oil without a charge AND escorted him off the premises? Something is definitely wrong with the managerial staff here. Shame on you. More
We traded our 2021 Rav4 for a 2024 Rav4 last week. Our salesman was Josh Coffin and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND him. He went above and beyond to make us happy and more. I’m 75 and trade every two year as does my wife. My wife and I had a very pleasant experience with the dealership and most especially the salesman. His name is Robert Overton. The sienna minivan that we purchased is a 2024 platinum series. He has worked with us diligently since April in trying to locate exactly what my wife wanted. He was very punctual in contacting us with no pressure involved. Just to keep us updated on what he had coming in. Each time he called and advised us what he had to arrive at a later date. And it was not exactly what we wanted with the color of the exterior and the options that were available. About two weeks ago he called and did not have what we wanted. However, he was able to locate one and do a dealer trade. My wife was driving a 2021 Kia telluride and they gave us what I thought was a fair appraisal on trade-in. I would definitely recommend Fred Anderson Toyota to my friends and I would most definitely recommend Robert Overton as a salesman More
