Yes there is mark up over MSRP and fluff options. In this market that happens everywhere, with less cars available less sales so this is not pure greed. Took my 4Runner into service department on Dec 10, 2021 because it had a recall and I needed it to be inspected. Got texts and calls about changing fluids, replacing fuel pump and replacing rear brakes fr because it had a recall and I needed it to be inspected. Got texts and calls about changing fluids, replacing fuel pump and replacing rear brakes from service department. Car was there in service department all day and we picked it up at 3:00. Went today to buy my tag and I find out my 4Runner was not inspected. If you can call me about all the other things that were expensive to fix then you should have been able to do the inspection. Another trip from Madison County to find out why I couldn’t get my tag and had to wait for the 4Runner to be inspected and now I will have to wait again in line to buy the tag. I consider this poor service More
