Some of the biggest crooks I've come across in my used car search! You know "Dealer Prep" is what they used to call it? Now, it's called "Admin Fees"! That makes it sound like they're having to do a lot m car search! You know "Dealer Prep" is what they used to call it? Now, it's called "Admin Fees"! That makes it sound like they're having to do a lot more in this possible car transaction, right?! Oh, well then you really deserve this $1,300 fee you're charging! Prep? What'd you do? Wash and service the car?! They tell you this fee is non-negotiable and if they charge one customer that amount, then they have to charge the same amount to all customers. That's not true! No, you don't! There's no law stating this?! But even so, just lower the price of the car to counter that fee. You can do that, can't you?! And if I hear one more time, all dealers do this so you're justfied? That just means you're trying to scam people just like everybody else! My biggest complaint though is these Registration and Tag fees totaling circa $1,000! I live in the same state and it'll be about $70 for my tag and $5 to transfer and register! Then they have the nerve to charge you tax on those government fees, which is illegal and can be reported to your AG's office and the IRS. They told me they couldn't do business with me when I threatened to do this. Well, the Mustang has been sitting there for 2 months and can continue to sit there, as far as I'm concerned! I'll take my cash and find someone who's transparent and honest! Because it sure isn't Fred Anderson Toyota! More

I cannot say enough about this dealer and their service department. I went in for noisy struts on the rear hatch. I had purchased an extended warranty from another dealer. I thought it was from Toyota w department. I went in for noisy struts on the rear hatch. I had purchased an extended warranty from another dealer. I thought it was from Toyota wrong. Travis tracked down the company that was covering the warranty. The warranty company was changed twice. He spent about two hours and finally got the answers we needed. The struts were ordered I went back to get them installed. Travis was not there but he told Chris all about the situation. Work was done in a little over an hour, and I was out the door with my repaired car. I cannot say enough about this dealership compared to the other dealer. They are great and cannot do enough for you. Will go here for general maintenance for sure. A big thanks to Travis and Chris. More

Outstanding buying experience. Went there on Sunday April 12th to look at buying a new car. Lou Mazzaro (my salesperson) and Gary Catalanotto (Sales Manager) were awesome. Just did what they could to help me purchase my new car. In over 50 years of car buying, it was probably my best car buying experience ever! Went back the next day to put a deposit on the car (it hasn't been delivered to the dealership yet). By the way, a spectacular facility. Really nicely done. Can't wait to take delivery of my car and to being a long term customer. I highly recommend Fred Anderson Toyota of Cape Coral. Update - picked up my new car yesterday. What a terrific experience. My salesman Lou Mazzaro was incredible. So customer service focused. Really made the entire experience special. Gary Catalanotto was so helpful updating me along the way as I was awaiting delivery of the car. At the time of the delivery, dealt with a number of other people in the dealership - all A+ professionals. The coolest part was when they take the time to walk you through all the features and functions of the vehicle. This is definitely a different kind of dealership. They clearly care about their customers! More
