Just did what they could to help me purchase my new car. In over 50 years of car buying, it was probably my best car buying experience ever! Went back the next day to put a deposit on the car (it hasn't been delivered to the dealership yet). By the way, a spectacular facility. Really nicely done. Can't wait to take delivery of my car and to being a long term customer. I highly recommend Fred Anderson Toyota of Cape Coral. Update - picked up my new car yesterday. What a terrific experience. My salesman Lou Mazzaro was incredible. So customer service focused. Really made the entire experience special. Gary Catalanotto was so helpful updating me along the way as I was awaiting delivery of the car. At the time of the delivery, dealt with a number of other people in the dealership - all A+ professionals. The coolest part was when they take the time to walk you through all the features and functions of the vehicle. This is definitely a different kind of dealership. They clearly care about their customers! More
