My experience with Matt Gladwell at Fred Anderson Toyota was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! I saw Matt in October wanting to buy a specific vehicle, in a specific trim package and color, and although I knew that I had was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! I’ve always heard how great a car Toyota is, but having such a great dealership makes it even better. The environment at Fred Anderson doesn’t feel pushy at all, and everyone we met was so nice. But nothing was luckier than getting Andrew as my salesman. We were looking for a different salesman when we walked in, Andrew kept trying to find him for us, but we ended up enjoying talking to him so much, I came back to test drive and eventually buy a car from him. He never once made me feel like he was selling me a car, but genuinely made me feel cared about. Andrew did everything he possibly could to make sure I was leaving happy that day. And I love my car so much! More
