Great customer service! I traveled from a distance so they held the car I wanted until I got there. Gave me the best route to test drive the car. Repeatedly, offer refreshment while I waited and made sur they held the car I wanted until I got there. Gave me the best route to test drive the car. Repeatedly, offer refreshment while I waited and made sure I was comfortable. They helped me get the car I wanted with less than perfect credit and at a price less than I was expecting to pay. Had it cleaned and fully fueled for me when I left. Drove my new car off the lot and was allowed to pickup my old car later. Someone was friendly and so helpful. They even talked to my insurance provider with me so I got all the safety credits available to keep my increase for the new car as low as possible. I had been looking for a car for some time and have been to a few dealers but never treated as well as Fred Anderson Toyota. Thanks everyone. Especially Faye Bustos, for taking the extra time to walking me thru something I needed know and make sure I understood it. More

Faye is so personable and made the process of buying my new 2021 rav4 hybrid a breeze. She was able to get the car I was looking for on the lot that wasn’t originally there.
