The dealership is not very organized...too many cooks in the kitchen & things get confusing. Dania is AMAZING. Our sales rep was extremely knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process. He made sure to address any of our concerns and/or requests and have the car in tip top shape before we brought it home. H through the whole process.
