Not helpful. We were a number. Too busy to truely help us in our purchase. Did not ask us any questions about our needs in order to help us make a good purchase decision. Took a test drive to start but had no followup information offered to us about the vehicle. In the process we were left siting alone for long stretches of time and we often did not know why? Went looking for salesman twice because I finally thought we might have been forgotten. We were not told by the salesman about any of the Current Deals or Incentives available to us or our options to get them. As for the salesman part it was a very wham-bam thank you ma'am feeling. Not personal at all. In coming to a price we were very very dissatisfied. We had a trade-in. They kept changing the numbers significantly every time an offer was made. We got the idea quickly this was being done to try and confuse us which to some degree it did. Nothing and I mean nothing was truely explained. More
