I have gone through my fair share of dealership visits and this one is the most memorable and the most pleasant. The moment I stepped foot into the dealership, I was greeted by friendly team members. The greetings were genuine vs the average salesman greeting. Luckily we were paired with Samuel Thomas. (Sam the Man!) - It was a match made in dealership heaven. He quickly understood my needs and wants and was very understanding. He was super attentive and had just the right amount of humor. He related to us on multiple levels & he made us so comfortable. He negotiated long and hard for us all while keeping a warm smile on his face. Not once did he seem frustrated and that made me like him even more. We honestly enjoyed our experience so much we might have hung out longer if he wanted us to! Ha! Thank you Sam! I look forward to purchasing my next vehicle with you.
