When we returned, the salesman and sales manager were honest about pricing and didn't waste my time by running multiple counter-offers, or trying to maximize the store profit with unwanted add-ons. To top it off, the salesman and the financing staff hung around 3 hours after store closing to finish the sale. This was one of my best auto-buying experiences, and I say that having purchased over 15 cars from dealerships in the past 25 years. More

Exceeded expectations We visited Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston in response to an advertisement, only to learn the vehicle in which we were interested was unavailable. We visited Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston in response to an advertisement, only to learn the vehicle in which we were interested was unavailable. We met with Shane Underwood, who empathized with our situation and offered to assist us with future searches. Because he presented with no pressure or gimmicks, we informed him of our vehicle parameters and he was able to show us to two vehicles, the second being the one we purchased. We actually left the dealership to look at vehicles that we had already intended to see at two other locations, but returned to Toyota because of the friendliness and professionalism of the staff and the excellence of the vehicles being offered. Although we returned within 15 minutes of closing time (I was unaware of this until the end when I asked how late they closed), Shane worked an extra four hours to help us complete the sale. Furthermore, Emily Grubish assisted us with our financial paperwork, not only working late as well, but contacting us over the next few days to complete additional items as required. The staff were welcoming, professional, and genuine! This is definitely the dealership to consider for a great deal and professional service. More
