Matt listened to what both my daughter and I were saying, and came up with a very agreeable compromise. We were given the opportunity to take the vechical home for the weekend, and that processes was effortless. On Monday we made an offer, and are happy owners of a 2009 Rav4 sport, as my daughter affectionately refers to as her "Whip." :) More

She was personable, straying away from standard sales techniques and made meaningful connections with my girlfriend and myself. When it came down to finances, both Missy and Alesia were wonderful to work with. Missy perfectly explained what it would mean to have my girlfriend act as co-signer and helped us walk away with payments we were comfortable with.
