He listened to what I told him I wanted, (hybrid) and in the end, I remembered it. His ability to listen to me and bring me back to what I'd previously said I wanted was a demonstration of how much he listened. I'd visited another dealership and was leaning toward their car, but when Austin asked me if the car was a hybrid, he brought me back to my original comments. Good salesman, GREAT LISTENER!! Bill in Finance was polite, efficient and knowledgable. I appreciated that everyone treated me with respect and intelligence. More
