Sales person was knowledgeable but NOT pushy. As far as new cars, I have owned 2 Camrys, 1 Mazda, 1 Highlander and 2 Altimas. I tell the salesman every time that I go to buy a new car that for him not to tell me that the deal has to be made that day or the offer will not be any good. I explain that it will make me head to another dealership quickly. I do not like to be backed into a corner. The sales person we had was Samuel Thomas who was pleasant and friendly. He explained in detail the options available on the different RAV4 models. He worked with us in choosing the one that we most liked and could afford. He seemed to be honest and straightforward. He said he was prior military and he reminded us of a young man that we know who is a Lieutenant Colonel in the Air Force. He talked like our minister/friend's son; he walked like him and his demeanor was like him. We were very pleased with him. Never once did we feel pressured to make the deal immediately; although we did come home with a brand new RAV4. More

I was able to have the equipment ordered at the first facility installed quickly after a missing tool was sent overnight., thanks to Heather Goodrich's extra efforts. And on the day of my first appointment, even though the installation could not be done as planned, James Lindsey of the sales dept spent 1 1/2 hours with me, patiently explaining how to operate and become more comfortable with all the car's features and answering every question.
