While Handling the process in an efficient and timely manner making sure that at no time in the process was I uncomfortable. Whether it was with friendly small talk or inquiring whether I needed a refreshment at various points. I was made to feel that myself and my needs were first and foremost during the shopping experience. Ryan in finance was a blessing in helping me finance the car, while working with my constraints and budget. At no point did I feel rushed or pushed into buying a car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and these two gentlemen in particular. More

I was most impressed that they didn't try to push the new stuff on me. I have been in dealership in the past where they are dead set on selling you a car you didn't come there for, NOT the case at FA. I told them what I was there for and they made it happen. Also, I have purchased vehicles at both Toyota dealerships in Charleston and I will say I would come back to this one between the two. Far better customer service and less of the cheesy old school car pit tactics. More
