Realizing they did not have any pre-owned models we wanted, he just gave his number without pushing us to test drive any newer models. Later on when we finally decided to purchase a new vehicle, he gave us the best price. We did our due diligence prior calling him and as he promised, he gave us the price match plus additional discounts he promised. We were picky clients and he did not get agitated or frustrated but totally understood our concerns from a customer’s shoes. When the paperwork was finally done, he could have easily left us with the finance specialist and gone home as it was already late on a Saturday evening. But being a good salesperson, he stuck around missing his dinner to make sure we get all our paperwork done without a hitch. Really appreciate this quality of Matt and I am sure if you are to be his future client, he will make sure you get all your needs met when buying your next vehicle. I will give a perfect 10 for his service and undoubtedly this is the best service we have received in the US so far.
