Stole my money (Amended) After being able to speak personally with Mr. Rhoads we agreed there was some miscommunication and misunderstanding on both our parts. I have been refunded my money in full and have nothing else bad to say about Mr. Rhoads or this dealership. This dealership made me pay $1000 up front to order a vehicle from Toyota even though they told me when I originally started talking to them that they had the truck I wanted at one of their sister stores. Wait time was going to be 2-3 weeks , so in the meantime I made a deal on a vehicle that another dealership had on the lot and was able to get immediately. When I went back to Fred Anderson Toyota they said my $1000 Was non-refundable and basically called me a liar when I explained why I bought from the other dealership. I filed a complaint with Toyota and was told I would be contacted by this dealerships' customer care team within 48 hours. So far it's been a week and haven't heard anything from them. Would never consider buying from this dealership and if this isn't resolved will probably never buy a Toyota again. More
