That all changed the moment we walked into Fred Anderson Toyota and met Jason Flanagan. Jason offered a warm and friendly welcome, with sincere and engaging conversation, followed by specific open ended questions to better understand our wants and needs. Jason not only knew the available options by model, but his in stock inventory as well. He was extremely knowledgeable and readily shared features and benefits. A true sales professional, totally focused on the customer and exceeding their expectation. Jason found the car......a new delivery, still being showroom readied. It was all we wanted! We were upfront with Jason in terms of our expectation regarding numbers: trade-in and new car. Initially, he was way off, however he worked tirelessly and in our interest during the negotiation process, and, included his GM, Steven Rhoads in the final few rounds. Both Jason and Steven were a pleasure to work with.....they put the FUN back into car buying. Great customer experiences start at the top. It is very clear that Steven Rhoads is committed to the customer's total experience in every phase of the dealership: product, presentation, sales associate professionalism, to note a few. His customer focus is successfully delivered through his team. Fred Anderson Toyota should be proud to have him on their team. Nikki and Steve made sure the exact model used car I expressed interest in online was sitting at the door when I arrived for my appointment. It even had my name on a VIP tag hanging from the rear view, which I thought was a really great personal touch. Eddie took us on our test drive and was very helpful with explaining the car features and walking us through everything without being overly pushy. He even intuitively stepped aside to allow my husband and I to discuss things without having someone right there which was much appreciated. Once we'd made a decision Steve helped us crunch the numbers and wound up being able to set us up at the perfect price point and hit our budget goals right on the nose. Bill was extremely helpful in making sure we added the right options to our loan and was very helpful walking us through the financing process. Being able to leave the dealership, keys in hand, insurance and tags taken care of was a really great touch as well. This whole process was easier and the most stress free car buying experience to date. I'll definitely use this dealership for my future car needs. More
