Best customer service by Mark Mark was very friendly from the first time we met him. My parents and daughter helped accompany me in finding a car. And Don was great at explaining w Mark was very friendly from the first time we met him. My parents and daughter helped accompany me in finding a car. And Don was great at explaining what he could do for us and it made me feel like at home. They were both extremely friendly and nice during the whole visit and Mark made sure if we needed anything and really listened to what I all wanted in my car. So after it was all said and done I bought my first Toyota Corolla by myself. I'm very thankful & can't thank them enough for the ultimate customer service, they were very personal !!! They rock!! More

Helped me in dire need Shane Underwood, Bill Utnick, & Alesia Durr went out of there way to help me get out of my Shelby GT350. Palmetto Ford wouldn't work with me on a safe Shane Underwood, Bill Utnick, & Alesia Durr went out of there way to help me get out of my Shelby GT350. Palmetto Ford wouldn't work with me on a safety recall and these guys made it happen. Bill worked on his day off to get me the best possible deal with the bank. He came back with an even better deal with upgraded warranty/maintenance and a cheaper payment. I am very happy about the purchase of my 2017 Tacoma TRD Pro and all the warranty stuff that came with it! I hope to have this vehicle and Fred Anderson service for years to come. More
