Outstanding Person and Salesperson We first met Matthew Laurence when we were looking for a Toyota Solara (convertible). No pressure, no problems, just seemed to handle the transaction, as it was his duty to make us comfortable and that he was there for us.since then we have bought a Yaris for my sister-in-law, a Venza for myself with his assistance and guidance. (We bought a 2015 Tundra through another Charleston dealership only because we needed it quickly and Matthew was on vacation). Now today,was another great day with Matthew. He knew us, was genuinely glad to see us as friends, asked about my sister-in-law, amongst other friendly questions. He makes us so comfortable. The entire transaction went so smoothly, as I told him I wasn't planning on buying today, but he made us feel just right.
