Superior Customer Service Matthew Laurence and I spoke about a week and a half ago about my GMC sierra. He was very nice and on a busy Labor day weekend he did a great job about getting me a offer within 25 minutes. I walked away on that day not willing to surrender the truck for that price. He said thank you for your time and if there is anything that comes up I will call you. Fast forward about a week later I get a call from Victoria and she patches me through to Matthew and he says he can offer me 25000 for my truck. I said that was great and he explained the red truck I wanted they sold and would I be interested in another truck they just got today which was called Inferno in color. I asked about other trucks and colors he made sure it had everything the last truck had and that he did all my pre paper work. I said sure I will come Saturday. I arrived Saturday Morning at 9 am and he was ready I called him the day prior and told him I filled out the credit application on the computer he said great. I was met with the keys in hand and the truck pulled up to the side ready for the test drive. He knew I had to be in and out as i explained to him about what i needed to do on Friday he was very understanding and excellent in that response. We came back from the ride and did all the signing of the paper work took about 30 minutes or so. He then said I will take care of the other stuff in your old truck and I appreciated that. We were met by Mr.Utnick he talked us through what we were looking for and what he could offer us. he was quick and very specfic about what we could get. He was able to take care of us in the warranty department on top of what we already had. Matthew Laurence also said if i ever need anything service or otherwise please call him and never hesitate if we had any questions after the fact.I will recommend the dealership to all my friends. Matthew has earned my business for life. I want to thank Bill for the quick and easy service and the great rate we received due to his knowledge and skills. More

Best car buying experience we've had in YEARS! We came back to Toyota for a new vehicle after having owned an Avalon for a very long time. We were considering the Highlander against the Honda Pilot We came back to Toyota for a new vehicle after having owned an Avalon for a very long time. We were considering the Highlander against the Honda Pilot and a few domestic SUVs, and stopped in to Fred Anderson and were lucky enough to get Regina! What a jewel of a representative for Toyota! She showed us the Highlander, could explain all the features off the top of her head, and had such a great personality, that she actually made the experience enjoyable. And I say that because my typical experience when buying a new car has been a sales person who is hovering over me the second I arrive, gives me the "what do we have to do to get you in this car today?" speech, and immediately puts me in a bad mood. Buying a car should be a fun experience, but because we've had so many of the stereotypical sales experiences, I honestly expected to be aggravated within 10 minutes of looking at the cars--Regina was the FIRST sales person we've ever dealt with who did NONE of those irritating things. She was such a joy to work with, and never made us feel like we were being smothered or pressured to buy a car that day. She gave us all the information, asked us if we were ready to discuss the pricing, which we did, and then totally understood that we would want to think it over before making a final deal. We can only say positive comments about her, and her customer service follow up was excellent after we took the car home! Thank you so much Regina! More

We visited Fred Anderson Toyota and Regina showed us the Corolla LE and it was good bye to Honda. After a very impressive presentation where Regina highlighted every single advantage of owning the Corolla LE, we were ready to make a deal. My wife and I were just hesitant with our budget. However, Fred Anderson gave us a deal we could not refuse. Now my wife is in love with her new car. A Toyota dynasty has begun in my family; we are already thinking of replacing the minivan with a RAVE. Thank you Regina More

Excellent/Exceptional Service We were in the market for a new vehicle; specifically, a Toyota RAV4 that I had been admiring from afar. What we didn't know was that we wanted a Hyb We were in the market for a new vehicle; specifically, a Toyota RAV4 that I had been admiring from afar. What we didn't know was that we wanted a Hybrid RAV4 Limited. We were shopping for a gas powered vehicle. We had brought our 2006 Avalon in for installation of a faulty dashboard and decided to look around at the new cars with no idea we would drive away with a new car. Jared met us in the "new" section of vehicles, introduced himself and expressed that he was there to assist us any way possible. We asked to drive a gasoline powered RAV4 which we did and were impressed. Jared asked what we wanted out of a vehicle and without being assertive or pushy asked if we were interested in a hybrid - we had never considered a hybrid vehicle. Jared went on to tell us the fine points of owning/driving a hybrid and asked again if we would be interested in driving same. Jared mentioned that he would like for us to experience the complete line of vehicles Toyota offered. We said why not, we didn't want to leave anything to chance. We were quite impressed. Next came color choices (exterior and interior) we would prefer. Fortunately, there was such a vehicle on the lot. After a price was presented to us, it didn't quite meet the amount we were able to spend on a car. A financial manager met with us to see what price would it take for us to be able to afford the vehicle we wanted. I can't say enough about the "short" negotiations that took place to make the transaction affordable for us to purchase our vehicle of choice. There was no wringing of hands or pressure placed on us to purchase. The staff at Fred Anderson Toyota wanted a happy, satisfied customer that would drive off the lot with a new car. Your staff could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable or friendly throughout the day of purchase. Needless to say, we drove a 2016 RAV4 Hybrid Limited off the lot. We were so impressed with Jared's knowledge of the Toyota products that he showed us. His demeanor and salesmanship were impeccable. After talking with us, he knew what we needed before we did - outstanding employee for Fred Anderson Toyota. I apologize for not remembering the young man's name who helped negotiate the final purchase price. We failed to get his business card. He was so instrumental in finding a purchase price we could live with. We are a happy, satisfied customer. More
