I gave him my budget, and he was mindful of that at all times, and I ended up selecting one he showed me which was John was fantastic in our dealings. That was great, but the thing that really made him stand out was this- I'm getting ready to do a short deployment in a month or so, and the wife and I thought we could could get by with one vehicle until then. That turned out to not be the case, so we started shopping. The vehicle John helped us pick out needed some work done before it could be released to us, and I had an important VA appointment I needed to get to before it would be ready. John picked me up at my house, and then again from my appointment. John was fantastic and I'll be considering him and Fred Anderson for my future vehicle needs. More

Remedy an issue I turned in my 2013 lease on a Corolla and purchased a Scion. After the purchase I received a bill for 512 dollars from the bank for a water stain on I turned in my 2013 lease on a Corolla and purchased a Scion. After the purchase I received a bill for 512 dollars from the bank for a water stain on the passenger seat and the bank said I could pay 400 dollars or do 3 installments totaling 512 dollars so I put the 400 dollars on my credit card. I contacted the sales person who sold me the Scion, who took my call while on vacation, and was put in contact with another sales person who explained to me that the dealership would have the seat cleaned and that the bank would refund me. The bank said they would not refund me and the sales person worked with me even though I was not his customer and even came in on his day off to try and clear up this misunderstanding between the bank. I also spoke with a sales manager who was very good at keeping me informed with calls back. I have to admit I was rude to the staff and they remained professional despite my attitude and continued to do me this favor which was appreciated. More

Immediately upon walking in we were greeted nicely (not abruptly or in a negative way) and helped to find exactly what we were looking for (since we had done some research prior). The facilities were nice, clean and accommodating in all areas. Taylor took all the time necessary with us, not rushing or pushing us in certain directions. Then we met with Blake and he was just as excellent to work with, making us feel like a part of the Toyota family even before signing for our new car. I'm excited to work with the people at Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston over the next many, many years and will definitely go back to them if we need another vehicle! Thanks again guys! More

He never made us feel like we were wasting his time even though he knew we were from NC and it was 7:30 pm on a Friday night. John found a vehicle that had just arrived and took the information for our trade. Don Hesher valued our trade and was very transparent concerning the value of our trade and the discount offered on the new vehicle. John and Don stayed until 9:30 pm to put this deal together. We came back the next day after the service department added window tint and running boards to wrap up the paper work. Christen was very efficient and a joy to work with. Great overall experience. Will definitely do business with them in the future. More
