My brother Ryan Moose referred me to Ryan Spence and I couldn't be more happy that he did! Ryan S. was wonderful from the get-go. We arrived at the dealership around 11:45 AM. Almost as soon as walking through the door he greeted us and let us know that my brother had already told him we were coming. We started out by driving the Toyota Corolla L, which was great, but he let us know that the LE had more bells and whistles and that he could work with us on price to get me to the payments I wanted. After driving the Corolla L we decided we wanted to test drive the Scion IM. Great car as well, but since the car was only available in black we decided to pass on that one. After some test driving we then started working the numbers. I couldn't be more happy with how he was able to keep me at my monthly budget. Every experience I have had with other dealerships they have always tried to haggle me and sell me add on's which I make sure to let the seller know I am not interested. I felt like Ryan listened to exactly what I wanted in a car whether it was style, color, price range, etc. He was very informative of everything we looked at, and did not seem to sell us on lies which is what we have dealt with before from other dealerships. I am now a life-long happy customer of Fred Anderson Toyota and you can thank Ryan Spence for that!!! More

We asked for and received a quote over the Internet; Lauren responded quickly with an unbelievable price (I know, because I’m an engineer and I research EVERYTHING thoroughly). Even though the dealership is an 80-mile trip, we went there the next day and weren’t disappointed. Mark showed us the exact 2017 Camry LE we wanted, took us on a test drive, handled the registration and trade-in, transferred the insurance, and answered our questions, making it a fun experience for us. Next, Kristen cheerfully filled out the paperwork and answered additional questions. I’m an extremely demanding person, and I don’t hesitate to complain, so I also make it a point, on rare occasions when it’s warranted, to praise. This is one of those rare occasions! All Fred Anderson people were knowledgeable, professional but very likeable, and gave us the best deal with no hidden agenda or charges. We trust them, which is the highest recommendation we can give. It was a happy place. He was also friendly & intelligent. He efficiently explained what each document meant and got us on our way. Our car wasn't supposed to come in for the better part of a week - so we needed a loaner car. Andy was the service manager who quickly got us a great Camry. The service department was another professional and efficient experience. Overall really good experience. Customer service was excellent all around. I paid a little more than I wanted to for my 2016 Rav4 - but I really like it. More

Proof of Insurance Nightmare I purchased a new 2016 $ Runner from the Charleston Dealership for my daughter who's Volvo XC-90 was totaled in an accident. This is the 1st time I h I purchased a new 2016 $ Runner from the Charleston Dealership for my daughter who's Volvo XC-90 was totaled in an accident. This is the 1st time I have purchased a Toyota. In the last 1 1/2 I have bought a new Dodge 3500, Audi Convert. and a F-150 (loaded). Never in my life have I had so much of an issue with the backside of a dealership. Salesman was Great and I understand he is just doing what is asked of him, I have gotten at least 6-8 calls or text messages wanting proof of insurance. In the state of SC we are covered under our existing policy for 30 days. I gave them a current copy of my policies showing them I am covered on the vehicle if something should happen. I guess this is not good enough for them as they say it is "their company policy" that it needs to be done right away. The general manager even called to harass me over this. Love the car but would NEVER buy another car from this dealership nor would I recommend them to anyone. More
