The next day when I went into the dealership they had narrowed down a selection of cars based on what I had wanted, and the selection was so much simpler from there. The paperwork was laborious, but I don't think they can solve that problem! And the attention to my request for a trailer hitch was scheduled within days. Plus I love my new Highlander. More
