Love this dealership. I had reservations about this dealership. I have always been a Rick Hendricks customer but do to a horrible experience at my local Hendricks dealer I I had reservations about this dealership. Did not know buying an automobile was this easy. Do your homework, no what you want and what you can afford and Fred Anderson will find it. My salesperson was Mark Searcy and I could not have asked for better. Purchased a 2016 Tocoma Limited on my terms with no hassle. When you purchase on your terms it just feels sweeter. Terrible customer service I bought my car from them used. It was less than a year old. After about six months the power locks on my door stopped working. I was told it would co I bought my car from them used. It was less than a year old. After about six months the power locks on my door stopped working. I was told it would cost me almost $600 to fix it. My car isn't even two years old and I have a $600 repair on it. You can imagine I was pretty upset about it. After hearing that news I was told they charged me for a tire rotation when I repeatedly told them I just got new tires and I didn't need it. The woman at the desk was very nice and helpful so I'm thankful to her. The car I received has so many problems and Fred Anderson is less than willing to fix them. I've seriously considered selling my car even if I'm upside down on it just to get away from this horrible dealership. Every time I try to contact the manager it goes to voicemail and he has yet to answer my phone calls. More
