As I was trying to decide between a 4Runner and Tacoma and which options to choose, Christens Toyota product knowledge was impressive and so was her patience with me which helped me to make a final decision. Like many customers, we hate the whole buying/negotiating experience but Christen is very personable and this made my buying experience very easy and relatively painless. I also enjoyed my experience with Eddie Cooks on Finance as I was going to finance with my CU and really had no intention of financing with Toyota but his patience with me in not only matching but topping my CU offer demonstrated a real commitment to win my business with Toyota.
