Both the salesman, Steve Darling, and the employee in the finance department, Alesia Durr, handled the process so well to the point that I had zero stress with the purchase, which has never been the case for me when I've purchased a car in the past. They answered all of my questions and always to my complete satisfaction. I am in a wheelchair and they made sure that the added issues involved with that unique aspect of driving a car were addressed. When I first called they made sure that the exact model with all the features and color choices that I wanted were on the lot before they would have us come in, rather than trying to sell me one that had almost all of the features and/or colors. They were very fair in their offer for my trade-in, as well. As someone going from a 2005 Mini to a 2016 Prius, Steve did a great job in covering the new technology I now have available in the car. A solid A+ experience. More
