I was impressed at how carefully Chris listened and screened vehicles on hand until we found one, never once trying to just sell me on anything that didn't really have what I desired. Once a vehicle was selected, Chris was professional and courteous with all the sales arrangements, including arranging for me to use the new 4Runner overnight -- I had to leave for a meeting -- and then continue the next day. He provided clear explanations of the features of the vehicle and its electronics package, demonstrated some of the features. Eddie Cooks, likewise, was professional and efficient in handling the paperwork. I had to finish in time to make a conference call and he moved quickly in a friendly manner to finish everything on time. More

Great experience at Fred Anderson Toyota I had got all the miles out of my old RAM 1500 that I could. The compressor locking up was the last straw. I looked all night for used ones online and couldn't find one I liked. As a last resort I went over toward Hey 17. As soon as I turned the corner I saw the truck I purchased. They not only had 1 but 2 Ram 4x4's. Brent came out introduced himself and had complete knowledge of the truck.. We went for test drive and I was sold. Great truck great price they had just dropped the price. Internet price was 1800 below NADA avg. Only downside was the finance Dept could not get me a warranty package that covered the navigation system so I had to go to my bank to finance and get the warranty package on the truck that covered the 4x4 and navigation system(radio,backup camera, maps, ect.) More

I first talked with Carleen on the phone, then Dana, and when I went to the dealership Ryan Spence was my sales person. Alesia Durr handled the financing and she explained everything and was thorough. Ryan was a fantastic sales person! Since I already picked out the car that I wanted online, it was ready for me to test drive. I let Ryan drive first so I could look around the car. He took his time with the test drive and let me practice with the back up camera. He was never pushy and didn't try to get me to buy something I didn't want. When I picked up the car to take home, he went over all the controls and set up the Bluetooth for me. I would definitely buy another car from Ryan and I highly recommend him to others. More
