No pressure I'm a FORD girl at heart. My family has owned a Ford dealership of over 50 years. This is my 1st Toyota and I love it! Within 8 hours of looking onlin I'm a FORD girl at heart. My family has owned a Ford dealership of over 50 years. This is my 1st Toyota and I love it! Within 8 hours of looking online the Internet team called me to set up the appointment. With a sick child and last minute events Carleen was very patient. I called 10 minutes before I showed up and Amy had the truck waiting for me up front. WOW! Unfortunately the truck was too little for my family and heartbroken we were going to leave. Mark looked at what the other Dealerships had but nothing was getting my attention. My husband suggested the rav4. They had a beautiful blue and I drove it home that night. It was not exactly what I wanted so when we went back the next day mark patiently waited for me to decide on my rav4 se. It was a great experience for someone who has not purchased a new vehicle in 16 years. Alesha was so fast getting the paperwork together and explaining everything. I have since had questions and Mark has always been eager to continue helping me even after my purchase. More
