My initial contact was John Shirey who was very knowledgeable about the Toyota Tacoma and recorded my preferences for options, trim levels and color. He determined that the vehicle I was looking for was not currently available and suggested we initiate the ordering process. His service was excellent and he was always friendly and helpful. When I was ready to place and order and settle on a delivered price I dealt with Mark Searcy. We reached a mutually acceptable price in a short time and I was surprised at the ease at which the transaction was completed. Both Mark and John were very professional and didn't attempt to sell me on things that I made clear I was not interested in. They made the entire process of purchase and delivery a pleasant one.
