Matthew knows from the past, that we are straight-forward, honest customers and we were impressed with his thorough knowledge of their products. He takes his time showing you every detail of the car and points out any changes/improvements that have been made. We spoke with Eddie Nuttall about payment options and he was very knowledgeable. The service department is extremely well run, and the service people, especially Dustyn, are very professional and always courteous. The showroom, service department and the restrooms are all meticulously clean. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Steve Darling lived up to his name I never felt pressured by Steve Darling. He gave me all the facts on several Toyota models. I was looking specifically at a hatchback type car. We discussed what each model would cost, and when I thought it was impossible for me to afford a Prius (which I had wanted for years) he put together what I had for a downpayment on a lease and a monthly lease amount that I could afford. It was my absolute limit, but still he put me in a deal for a 2015 Prius 3 that is making me so happy. All the employees that I dealt with at the dealership were very friendly, but also very low key. I was at the dealership for maybe 3 hours and it was all a very pleasant experience. More
