The experience for me was very good. I needed a car for my granddaughter that was headed back to college, 12 hours away for her last semester. Her degree is in Elementary Education, and I needed a car for my granddaughter that was headed back to college, 12 hours away for her last semester. Her degree is in Elementary Education, and in her last semester she has to do student teaching, which required her to have transportation to get to the school assigned to her. John sold me my 2015 Camry LE back in June, and he was very professional, so I ask for him for assistance. In less than an hour, he found the perfect car for her. She did not know I was doing this, so I told John I wanted to surprise her. He went along with my plan. Her mom brought her to the dealership, she just thought they were meeting me there because she thought I had taken my car there for service. He brought the car around, we let her look at it, sit in it, etc. She loved it, and it was then I let her know it was hers. John was great with the whole thing. He had the car serviced, put two new tires on it, because he knew she would be driving in Tennessee weather. He worked diligently with me to get the price right. I would recommend John to anyone looking to buy a car. More

We usually go to the other Toyota dealer on rivers ave because it is across from her job. On the impulse she happened to find a nice sales person who asked the right questions and was not pushy. He showed my wife 2 Rav 4's and I think she instantly loved the red one. It took 2 additional visit is and some research online and at other dealerships (non Toyota) brands to push us toward the decision. My youngest daughter also loved the RAV4 and was part of the decision process. This dealership gave us the most for our trade in and showed they wanted our business. So happy with the new Rav 4!
