Over the past three months, Mark and I went back and forth by phone and face-to-face meetings trying to find what has become my new truck. From test drives to vehicle transfers Mark and Don went out of their way to make sure I was getting the best deal possible, as well as making me feel as comfortable as possible during our search. Once my truck was delivered, the transition from working with Mark to working with Eddie Cooks over in Finance made tying the knot on this deal that much easier. I was introduced to Rhett as soon as I walked in the door, and I truly felt like he was as excited for me as I was. I had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for in my next car, and as we went through the options on the Corolla I had my eye on, I knew I had found the one. Rhett walked me through all of the steps regarding credit checks and down-payments, and made the entire process seem so much less scary than I had imagined buying a car would be. I felt very at ease during the buying process, and never felt pressured to bite off more than I could chew, and I can't thank Rhett and Eddie enough - they both really made me feel like they had my best interest at heart and not the bottom line. Rhett took the time to teach me how to work all of the gadgets my new car had (my trade-in was a 2002 Corolla with pretty few bells and whistles).
