Totally Awesome I set up an appointment to buy a pre owned prius that I had found on line with Emily Howard.. But, on my way to the dealership I had a call telling me I set up an appointment to buy a pre owned prius that I had found on line with Emily Howard.. But, on my way to the dealership I had a call telling me that one was sold the evening before. But, I went with the hopes of finding another one that I would be satisfied with. Once I got there, I was introduced to Christen Salvatiico. We sat down and talked and she made me so comfortable and shortly knew what my needs were. It was so easy to talk with her. Once we figured out some of the options, she showed me a couple that were on the lot and then went to look at them. Christen was so knowledgeable on the car. She really impressed me. Then she got me comfortable on the inside and we took a test drive. I fell in love with the car before getting back. But Christen didn't stop there. She showed me many options of financing and once I had seen what I wanted, she set me up with Blake dunn to get all the paperwork done. And there is a lot of paperwork. But as he was working, we talked and it felt like I was at home with family. While I was working on the paperwork, Christen continued with her duties and got the car cleaned up and topped off the gas tank. That is service I really appreciated. Then, since I had two vehicles to get back home, Christen once again stepped up and followed me to my house with my new car. Of course I volunteered to take her back to work, so I could drive my car. But on the way back, we talked and learned so much about each other. By the time we got back to the dealership, it was like we had been friends for ever. Thank you to all who assisted me. More

When it was not what I was looking for they put out a search I had an excellent experience. Contacted dealer to find info on a car listed on website. When it was not what I was looking for they put out a search request, which other dealers never offered to do. In the end I found an in stock car I liked. There was not all the typical back and forth nonsense. They made my offer work. It was very easy and pleasant. More

We exchanged some preliminary information via email, and I visited the dealership to take a look and a test drive. I communicated with Amy on the internet and met with Ryan Spence at the store. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. He helped me work out a deal and took care of arrangements with my insurance agent. I generally do not look forward to a car buying experience, but this was one of the best that I have encountered. Everyone was helpful. There was no pressure, and the paperwork was taken care of speedily by Ryan and Eddie. I couldn't have been happier with the dealership and the folks. They checked my old vehicle for a trade-in valuation quickly and fairly, although I did not meet the folks who did that. They even charged my phone for me while we did the paperwork! More

I had a 2007 Camry and had excellent service with it, so I pretty much already knew I would replace it with another. I contacted both of the Toyota dealerships in the area. Lauren Foster at Fred Anderson was prompt to respond to my emails. She was never pushy and always pleasant. We corresponded over the course of three weeks, and confirmed an appointment for November 21. When I got there Lauren met me and introduced me to Danny Marflake who was to be my actual sales person. Danny had already reviewed my emails to Lauren and had an idea of my situation and what I was looking for. We sat and talked about thirty minutes about my car needs and wants. He listened, and just like Lauren, was pleasant and not pushy. He made a few notes as we talked and then proceeded to go and get three sets of keys to cars that fit my needs, wants, and of course, my price range. What impressed me the most was the interest that both Lauren and Danny had in my story, their pleasant demeanor, and the fact that I was in and out In a few hours. Danny even drove my new Camry home for me so I did not have to make any special arrangements to come back to pick up my old car. And Alesia in the financing department made my time in there a breeze. My mom and I came into the dealership this past Saturday and Christen was able to help us, She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the cars. She was a diligent sales representative but was also patient and helpful answering all of our many questions. Thanks to Christen we not only had an enjoyable experience but I took home the car of my dreams (I love the red)!
