Energy when YOU are ready I appreciated that at Fred Anderson they had the energy to take care of you, when YOU are ready to be taken care of. They do not barge into your life I appreciated that at Fred Anderson they had the energy to take care of you, when YOU are ready to be taken care of. They do not barge into your life or your phone and harangue you. When I was ready Regina had the energy and the patience to stay with me during my test drives of ALL the cars I needed to drive, and then I told her I always thought on it for a day or so before I make a decision. She did not flinch or try to pressure me to stay but communicated understanding. I left Saturday morning and after further thought and discussion with my family I was back that afternoon and bought the car I decided on. The entire experience was a good one. Also, the car was a used car with a one month warranty. After 6 days I took it back for brake sounds. They were busy in the service department so I was given a rental and I was called the next day that it was ready. The back brakes were completely redone with pads, drums, rods, etc, and didn't cost me a dime. the service was exceptional from the sales department to the service department. I see now why my neighbors and my girl friend have been going to Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston for the past 5 years. I look forward to a continued and excellent relationship with this business.
