I was greeted immediately as I approached the building and offered help. The facility was clean, sunny, and full of friendly faces. This was the first time I’ve gone to a dealership alone to look at cars and was relieved that my experience was nothing like I had feared. Jowaine listened actively, made me feel comfortable, and never pressured me into a sale. I didn’t end up buying from Toyota, but honestly, I wish I could’ve worked with Jowaine at other dealerships.
