Don't Buy a Used Car from them I have had my car for close to a year and a half. I was talked into the 3 year bumper to bumper warranty by the finance manager. It was almost as if s I have had my car for close to a year and a half. I was talked into the 3 year bumper to bumper warranty by the finance manager. It was almost as if she preyed upon me due to my situation. I am younger and had to finance the car for some time. When I originally stated no to the warranty I was given the response, " You do not want to have to make the payment and possibly have to make repairs at the same time" , so I agreed. Needless to say since I have purchased the car quite a few things have not been covered for example an "Oil Pan Gasket", and was told it would be a cost of $448, plus what other service has been done. When I purchased the car I didn't believe that I was going to have already shelled out 3 months worth of car payments for services, that should have been caught at the time of sale or covered under a warranty that was forced upon me. If you happen to find yourself buying a used car from them do yourself a favor and either go someplace else or do not let them talk you into the warranty. More

I felt like they really cared about me as a person and not just sell me a car and get my money. They shower me with genuine care and I would recommend them to anyone in search for a car. Eddie worked hard to get the payment in my price range and every aspect of the finances. Ryan stayed with me until the end to make sure everything was good.(Past his getting off) Went over the new features just a great and honest guy. Not just a salesman.
