Best customer service! I just bought my 2nd Toyota Prius today, in as many years. Nothing wrong with the first. I just realized I should have bought the Prius Three from the start, so I upgraded to get the "extra options" I really wanted. I have purchased both Prius' from Rodney Lewis and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about him. He is first and foremost honest. That cannot be understated. Rodney is friendly, genuine, and provides superb customer service. He sat in my car, both times, and paired my phone to the car and helped me program radio stations. This was a blessing as I am not computer savvy. I would recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle to ask for Rodney. Additionally, Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston, as a whole, has very welcoming and helpful staff, from the front door, to sales, to finance, and the service department. I live 25 miles from the dealership (and there is another Toyota dealership closer but I find them very pushy) and am more than willing to make the drive as I know that I, and my car, are in excellent hands. Take it from one of the most skeptical car buyers out there, and from one who spent weeks searching and comparing offers from multiple dealerships (be they Toyota or otherwise) beforehand--THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST!!! I came to Fred Anderson and presented them with my knowledge, the other offers I had ongoing, and with what I expected out of them, and they managed not only to meet but to exceed my expectations! I could not possibly have been offered a better deal. I tell my friends and family about it, and they exclaim disbelief! It's because they haven't been to this dealership. first car purchased in 15 years Since my last car purchase was 15 years ago I wasn't sure where to begin. On a whim I pulled into Hendricks Toyota in North Charleston.....Big mistake Since my last car purchase was 15 years ago I wasn't sure where to begin. On a whim I pulled into Hendricks Toyota in North Charleston.....Big mistake, but we live and learn. I decided to call Fred Anderson Toyota and spoke with Lauren Foster and set up a meeting. Lauren put me in the care of Ron Odish who showed me exactly what I wanted to see. Ron is very knowledgeable of all cars not just Toyota. He most certainly schooled me very extensively on the Tacoma prerunner. So much in fact I bought that very one. Once I called Ron to let him know I was coming to pick up the truck, he had everything ready when I arrived. They even rolled out the red carpet. Finalizing the deal on the financial end Robert Lukens and Eddie Nutall made everything relatively painless. (no one like the payment part right?) I'm sending everyone I know that wants a Toyota to Fred Anderson. More

Originally we brought in our old 2003 Toyota and they were able to diagnose problems with the car that our out-of-state dealership was unable to resolve. We became interested in the safety features of the new 2015 Camry and spoke with John Arent about the car initially and he answered questions clearly and provided information in a succinct manner. He was not at all pushy and was patient in all of our dealings which ended up with our decision to buy the new vehicle and we're very happy with the decision. He gave us a very good trade-in value for the old Camry and made himself available for further questions about the technology on the vehicle or anything else we may need to know. More
