Awesome Experience! I initially went in to repair my car, but found out it was going to cost more than I anticipated. Christen got to know me first before suggesting anything and found out I)we were expecting a child so a safe reliable car was definitely something we needed. Taking that and our budget in mind she found us a perfect car that we love!!!! He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and explains the differences extremely well. He allowed us to test drive the vehicles as much as we wanted and even alone so we could discuss the vehicle while on the test drive. He was very thorough with everything throughout the entire process, especially when the car arrived and we picked it up. Ask Danny to set you up to meet with Aleisa Durr when closing the price on the vehicle. I gave her my bottom line price and she ended up close enough to it for me to close the deal. I am a hard xxx when it comes to buying a car and I let Aleisa know that up front and she respected it and worked with me. More

We took the Highlander for a teat drive and Mark had me drive farther than I had planned. He wanted me to be sure I experienced various roads and traffic. he also explained the bells and whistles on the XLE. Bill, the finance man, was very helpful and pleasant explaining what options we had for payment and extended warranty. We drove away in a new car. It was a wonderful experience. More

New Truck for this inexperienced buyer! I went to Fred Anderson on 7/24/2015, mid afternoon, with the hopes of purchasing a pre-owned truck and trading in my old truck at the same time. My g I went to Fred Anderson on 7/24/2015, mid afternoon, with the hopes of purchasing a pre-owned truck and trading in my old truck at the same time. My goal was to use my trade in to cover the majority of the down payment on a newer vehicle. I was lucky enough to have Joey as my guide throughout the process. He answered all my questions patiently, in a non-judgemental, friendly and professional manner, even knowing that my credit is far less than desirable, I would struggle with the cash portion of the deposit and my trade in truck was worth very little. On top of this, My two school aged children were at my side for the duration of our visit and he managed to include them whenever possible with every step pf the sale. With a relatively small budget and an unwillingness to consider any vehicle except a truck, it was challenging for us to find a vehicle that was within my budget. However, Joey located me the perfect truck for my two children and I, went on a test drive with us, assisted me with the process of financing, helped negotiate the down payment with the lender, accomodated me bymaking it possible for me to pay the cash portion two days later, explained the terms of my loan, and a few hours later we drove away thrilled in our new (to us!) truck! I did not feel any sales pressure from Joey once. I would highly recommended not only this dealership, but Joey Johnson as your sales specialist when deciding where to purchase your next vehicle. If you are like me, uncertain and inexperienced, this is a place you can go and feel welcomed and valued. Thanks again, Joey! More

The salesman I worked with wa I bought a used 2008 Toyota Prius from Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston. I picked up the car yesterday, July 24, 2015. The salesman I worked with was Chuck WIckersham. He was super. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I was given superb service on all levels. I was never kept waiting and he helped me with every aspect of finding the car I wanted and with purchasing it at a great price. He showed me how to drive the car as it is a little different driving a Prius than a Corolla which I traded in. He also helped set up the music and phone system in the car. The car I bought was in North Carolina. I was delighted that it only took a day to bring it to Charleston. I am very happy with the car and the service I was given by Chuck and Blake Dunn, the Business manager. Thanks!! More
