I was welcomed without question even though they technically closed at 5. Matthew Laurence is very professional, friendly, and knowledgable. I feel very fortunate to have been able to work with him. One and a half hours later, I left in my brand new Prius, having gotten even a better price and trade allowance than I expected. How often can one say that regarding a new vehicle purchase?! We were pleased with his support, the expeditious handling of our trade in, and the assistance during our visit. Matt was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Matt is an excellent asset. Bill Utnick handled the paperwork. He was an excellent manager. Very professional and friendly.
