Superb Experience at Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston I recently purchased a 2014 Toyota 4 Runner SR5 at Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston and I can wholeheartedly recommend the dealership and the salesm I recently purchased a 2014 Toyota 4 Runner SR5 at Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston and I can wholeheartedly recommend the dealership and the salesman I worked with, Justin Myers. The entire car buying experience can be utterly overwhelming - especially when you have your heart set on a certain vehicle and it's not available in the dealership's inventory. Justin went ABOVE and BEYOND to find me the exact car that I wanted. Although I had to wait for the 4Runner to arrive at port for a few weeks, it was absolutely worth it to have the exact car I wanted and to be assured I was not settling on another vehicle. Justin would not accept that the specific 4Runner I wanted with my preferred features was not available. He searched future inventory that was to arrive in the US and identified the exact vehicle I wanted. In addition to this, Fred Anderson matched the best price I was offered by another dealership... in another region of the country. I visited another local Charleston Toyota dealership and they would not match the price. Upon learning this, I simply walked way due to their borderline dismissal and unwillingness to even propose a negotiation. Terrible customer service and they missed out. I would also offer my highest recommendation to Dennis Quinn, an internet manager at Fred Anderson of Toyota, as well. Both gentlemen's interactions with me and personas were simply stellar. They never overwhelmed me… they were never pushy or overbearing… But rather, they were courteous, communicative, and seemed to genuinely care about my concerns and wants when it came to purchasing the exact car I wanted. I am so very thankful to both Justin and Dennis and can offer my highest recommendation when working with Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston.
