All of the information we had talked with Carleen about had been given to Mathew. He was ready and waiting with car prices on the selected vehicles... The whole process was very efficient. There was no dancing around issues, all question were answered immediately, no let me go see. Matt new his job and what he was doing. We were then handed over to Bill Utnick for the final paper work . Again Very efficient, no dancing. Bill helped point us toward the best plans that fit our needs.
