Tonya was outside the showroom when I arrived, greeted me as I walked up and went inside with me. She paid close attention while I described what I was looking for. She showed me the Prius (my main requireme as I walked up and went inside with me. She paid close attention while I described what I was looking for. She showed me the Prius (my main requirement was excellent gas mileage) and went over the features with me. I wanted to do more research on other makes/models, so didn't commit to the Prius then. I visited another dealer with whom I had a long-term relationship, but went back to Tonya for a test drive. When I told her I didn't need all of the advanced features on the model I was driving, she immediately showed me exactly what I was looking for, and the color I wanted was on the lot. After I committed to buying the Prius, Tonya handled the paperwork, even calling my insurance company so I could get coverage. Although she was going out of town the next day, and I know she wanted to get home to pack, she stayed with me until everything was completed. Eddie was very friendly when handling the necessary paperwork, explaining everything as we went along, and answering all my questions. I didn't feel pressured to purchase any particular extended warranty plan, which I greatly appreciate. All in all, this was a great buying experience and would recommend Fred Anderson to others. Trevor German was a very good salesman. He first met us with a smile and a friendly handshake. He answered all our preliminary questions about Avolon and Camary inventory, price, current deals, service. with a smile and a friendly handshake. Once we decided to road test the Avalon Hybrid he quickly got us on the road and answered all question concerning the car including mileage, technology, navigation, and entune, which use Bluetooth connection with ipad and iphone turning the car into a computer. Trevor answered all our questions truthfully and volunteered additional information filling gaps in our knowledge so that we had a complete picture of the Avalon Hybrid and the competition Lincoln MKZ and others. He provided information and value on Toyota warranty and maintenance. He was always respectful of our questions - "The bad question is the one that wasn't asked". Trevor worked quickly to put together the best price that the dealership could offer. Turns out the his first estimate was the right estimate and what we finally paid for the car. When my spouse changed her mind on color he was able to locate the right exterior and interior color and told us that he could have the vehicle for us the following day. Again he was true to his word and we were able to inspect the Avalon with the "right" colors and make our purchase. As much as I was tempted to buy the car the first time I went, I held off so that I could see what other dealers had to offer as well. As I went to other dealers and looked at other cars, I kept being drawn back to Fred Anderson Toyota. I finally went back and Tonya was still just as friendly.
