After making many trips to dealerships all over Charleston, I finally made it to Fred Anderson's Toyota. I was greeted with a smile and they were extremely knowledgable and friendly. We looked all over the East coast for a new or used Toyota Tundra. We got good pricing from Fred Anderson earlier in the year, and just wasn't ready to make a deal. Danny Marflake stayed in contact, without being pushy at all, and always was responsive to my questions and responded quickly when I asked for a sale price on a truck. Finally, we decided to purchase a new truck and I contacted Danny. They had the truck I wanted and were ready to move it to their dealership. Danny found out the truck had over 1800 miles on it from the other dealership's general manager driving the truck as a demo. He immediately contacted me and let me know that this truck would have some miles or they were willing to get another truck with no miles, for the same price. We opted for the other truck, they had the same package and color. It was an all around great experience working with these folks. Thanks again guys! More

I visited Fred Anderson Toyota with my husband with the intention of buying a used car. We are expanding our family and need a safe reliable car. Andre came out to the lot very shortly after our arrival and approached us. He was very pleasant and not aggressive at all. He worked with us for a couple of hours to find the "right" car for us. He understood our needs and we test drove three different cars (the last one being the one we purchased). He offered us refreshments and gave us his full attention. Steven came out to check on us twice while we were doing paperwork with Andre. We felt completely at ease during our visit and felt as though we were being taken seriously and treated quite nicely. At no point did we feel as if we were being taken advantage of. Bill took care of our credit approval and all other paperwork and made us feel very comfortable. Buying a car and spending a large amount of money can cause stress and Andre, Bill and Steven all helped to make this a very pleasant experience. I will return for my next purchase and will gladly recommend Andre to anyone in the market for a new car. Also, when I returned to schedule the maintenance for my vehicle, Carolyn Reetz in the service department was outstanding. She was very friendly, and gave me excellent advice about my vehicle up keep. I am going to be traveling this summer and was worried about my 5,000 mile oil change, so she even gave me her cell number in case I needed her help locating someone near me to service my vehicle.
