I In short I like the way they do Business. I recently had a very enjoyable experience purchasing an FJ courser from Mark. While he might be new to the car business he conducted himself in a manner that m had a very enjoyable experience purchasing an FJ courser from Mark. While he might be new to the car business he conducted himself in a manner that made it comfortable for my whole family. I got the impression that he would do what he could to get me in to the correct car for me. In this most recent search for trucks at other dealers I would look at a car and the sales person would start harassing me. This was not the experience I had with dealing with mark which is commendable given that his job is to sell you any car he can from the lot but, he took his time and allowed me to take my time. Mark was a major factor in my perches of my FJ. We did spend some time talking to other sales people at Toyota of Charleston and they were all fine I would recommend the atmosphere at this dealer ship to anybody looking for good experience in car buying. More

Leroy was an awesome sales person to us. He worked very hard to get me out of my Journey that I did not like at all. It was a tuff deal and him and everyone else worked very hard to get me out of it. My husband and I went in for a car for me and I had my heart set on the 2010 scion tc. Unfortunately they didn't have any on the lot so Evelyn walked us around and asked if we were interested in buying a heart set on the 2010 scion tc. Needless to say we looked at them and it was the most pleasant car buying experience that i have ever had. Richard the finance manager gave us a coupon for 2 points off of the interest rate which was amazing. About a month later my husband decided he wanted to trade in his car for a mazda speed 3 his dream car. When he went Evelyn immediately helped him again and she called me to make sure it was okay which was even more amazing. They filled my gas tank for every trip i made there and explained to us all the features of the cars. When we went to the dealership to get our cars serviced they both came up to us and said hello. They also gave us a 100 dollar gift card for me referring my husband to buy a car. All in all it was an amazing experience! I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone! More
I inquired about a pre-owned Sequoia that was for sale. Alex Jackson, Internet Sales Manager, promptly responded to my inquiry even though the vehicle had already been sold. He offered to assist me in my search for a pre-owned SUV and was very cognizant of not being the "annoying sales guy". The communication received from him was enough to show interest on his part, but not enough to be pushy. When I purchased a vehicle from auction with the help of a friend, Alex was still very open to the possibility of Toyota of Charleston purchasing my 2003 Tahoe even though I did not buy a car from him. I brought the Tahoe in on a Tuesday night and left an hour later with a wonderful offer on my Tahoe from a third party that works with the dealership. There was nothing in the transaction for Alex except acting as the middle man and he did this with as much consideration as if he was making the commission himself. I am so very grateful for his assistance in making the sale in a timely and painless manner and have nothing but wonderful things to say about the service I received at Toyota of Charleston. More
