New Tacoma dream realized I saw Robert Jordan's post on Facebook inviting people ro comecand see him if the were interested in a new or used Toyota. I messenged him and asked about the availability of Tocomas in Sanford. I received a quick reply on the number available and he said he had a bunch. I asked about 4-wheel drives, again the answer was plenty. We scheduled an appointment and I headed to Sanford from Dunn with the idea of a "possible" trade of my '15 Ford XLT. Robert was very cordial as well as knowledgable about his product. I looked at several and test drove a couple. He was quick to demonstrate the features on each one and allowed me to attempt the used of each one. Eventually we can to one I liked and he and his sales manager made it available at a price I thought was fair. All the ToyotaCare service schedule as well Fred Anderson's free oil changes and lifetime warranty were explained carefully and in easily understandable language. Robert was most helpful in helping me set up the audio system, Bluetooth, and syncing my phone and voice commands. My new Tacoma 4-wheel drive SR5 was delivered to me within an hour completely detailed and with a full tank of gas. All in all, it was as painless experience trading cars as I've ever had. I have even had follow up phone calls from Robert offering help with anything I had questions about. I would recommend Robert Jordan and Fred Anderson to anyone wishing to buy a new Toyota! More
