TOOK OUR NEW HIGHLANDER IN FOR 1ST SERVICE,TIRE ROTAION WAS NOT PERFORMED ON ONE SIDE,A VALVE STEM CAP WAS MISSING, HOW I NOTICED.THEY ASKED THE TECHNICIAN AND HE STATED HE FORGOT TO ROTATE THE OTHER SIDE, WAS NOT PERFORMED ON ONE SIDE,A VALVE STEM CAP WAS MISSING, HOW I NOTICED.THEY ASKED THE TECHNICIAN AND HE STATED HE FORGOT TO ROTATE THE OTHER SIDE,I STATED I WOULD NEVER TAKE MY VEHICLE BACK.WE THEN TOOK ANOTHER NEW HIGHLANDER IN FOR ITS 1YR SERVICE,4,900 ?MILES.I MARKED THE REAR TIRES WITH PAINT DOTS BECAUSE OF NON TRUST,AFTER THE SERVICE WAS DONE,WE GOT HOME AND THE TIRES ON ONE SIDE WAS NOT ROTATED.TALKED TO GM JASON PEREZ AND HE STATED THAT THE TECHNICIAN SAID HE FORGOT TO ROTATE ONE SIDE. LETS SEE HERE,2 DIFFERENT VEHICLES,2 DIFFERENT TECHNICIANS,SAME ISSUE,TIRES NOT ROTATED AND SAID THEY FORGOT,I'LL LET ANYONE DO THE MATH. SO THEY OFFER ME TO TAKE MY VEHICLE ELSEWHERE AND SEND THEM THE RECEIPTS FOR THE SERVICES AND THEY WOULD REIM.BURSE ME. DOES THAT SOUND LIKE THE FRED ANDERSON FAMILY PLAN THAT WE SEE ADVERTISED. More

I feel I didn’t get a fair trade and was lied to, this is my 4th and last trade with Fred Anderson in Sanford. Sarah Bailey and Richard Covington assisted us in purchasing a 2023 Highlander limited. The on my 4th and last trade with Fred Anderson in Sanford. Sarah Bailey and Richard Covington assisted us in purchasing a 2023 Highlander limited. The one I ordered was delayed several times so they offered me one from another dealership…it was a demo with 1100 miles on it. Sales manager told me the only difference was the mileage and pano roof. At first she wasn’t deducting anything for that but to add that option would have been $2,000.00. She finally took off 800 for miss in roof and $500. For mileage. After picking it up I noticed several options it didn’t have. Costly options…such as 2 back up cameras, captains chairs in back, 3 dimensional mirror etc. I notified Sarah Bailey…her answer was the one I ordered may be in end of July and didn’t I look at it prior to paying for it. I sent her a message letting her know I wasn’t satisfied and was willing to wait for the car I ordered. The Limited we ordered had all those options. I have not received a response from her. Selling a person on one car…delivering something less than and telling you it’s the same is not acceptable! Those options cost money so why weren’t we offered something for them instead of taking the same amount of money! I regret paying cash, I regret taking them at their word and I regret purchasing this car! More

Manager Hide damages and repairs to truck I purchased, how is this legal? Take mechanic and body man with you when purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership. Manager and finance manager will lie dire how is this legal? Take mechanic and body man with you when purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership. Manager and finance manager will lie directly to your face and avoid you completely when you call or come by to address the issues! Unbelievable, unfortunately this probably has happened to more people than realized. I wouldn’t have known if I hadn’t taken the truck to carmax for an appraisal & to a shop for some add ons or upgrades. Good idea to take the vehicle somewhere to be checked out before purchasing anything from this dealership! More
