On July 19,2010 my wife in I were in an accident which reulted in the lose of our vehicle. I call Toyota/Scion of Sanford, NC and set up an appointment. Upon arrival we were greeted by very friendly employess and treated with nothing but kindness. Our saleman was Dan Graham and took care of us in a very professional manner. I told Dan exactly what I wanted and he took us straight to the vehicle. After looking at the vehicle and test driving the 2011 Camry I was sold. The price was outstanding and our visit was pleasant and quick. We were introduce by Dan to the staff that will be taking care of our maintencance on the vehicle and all of them were professional and very kind. I would highly recommend anyone interested in purchasing a toyota to go see Dan. It did not feel like a business transaction at all and by the time we were finished Dan felt like a part of our family. We are very happy with our decision to go to Toyota/Scion of Sanford. More

I purchase a car about every ten years and one of the reasons for that is that I hate having to deal with the haggling process and the feeling of being swindled after the deal is completed. The staff are very personable and friendly and made buying a car a pleasurable experience. Our salesman, Dan Graham, followed up with us to make sure we were happy with our vehicle and to see if we had any further questions about our automobile. Outside of the dread of having a car payment, I would recommend doing business at this dealership. More
We returned to Toyota Scion after an excellent experience four years ago. We were all ready somewhat knowledgeable with the 2010 Yarus. Dan filled us in on new improvements of the 2010. He did show the four door but we were in the Market for a two door. Dan found a dealer in the Raleigh area who had a red model and said it was ready when it would be. Our plans that day when we were in Sanford did not really include purchasing a car.We had no information regarding how much better or worse gas mileage was and is on the new car. After talking with Dan he showed us comparisons and they were satisfactory. We were inclined to go to the dealer because they were having the contest where you win "something" with the number on the advertisement scratched and matched to numver in dealership. We did receive something, a lottery ticket but it didn't match the one we wanted. We are happy with the free service checkup,0 interest and warranty. We had no problem with the 1906 Yarus and gave it rave reviews when people would see us in parking lots. Our only problem has seemed to be the nicks and dings from shopping carts etc. Perhaps your engineers can find a design to minimize them in the next design revamp.We utilize our Yarus to go back and forth to food shop and attend water exercise classes 3 times per week. We love it! More
Great experience at Toyota/Scion of Sanford, especially compared to the mega dealer in Durham, NC. The process was straightforward, friendly, and overall a very good car-buying experience. In terms of price, and negotiation, before I went to the dealer I had looked up the invoice price of the car and had prepared to the talk the salesman down to the invoice price; instead the salesman opened with the invoice price and we trimmed a bit off from there. It felt like it was a very fair process for the customer - the dealer was making some profit, but not fleecing you. I also thought the dealer service was great & went beyond the call of normal duty - they car I bought on a Saturday wasn't being delivered until Monday, and the salesman personally delivered it to me in Chapel Hill, rather than making me drive back to Sanford. The next time I buy a Toyota I will definitely go to Toyota/Scion of Sanford, and I will definitely recommend to anyone else in the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area looking for a Toyota to make the 30 minute drive to Toyota/Scion of Sanford. Dan Graham, Internet Sales Manager, was superb; going far above what I would expect from even an excellent salesman. He found precisely the car I was looking for a price within my budget and had it in my han above what I would expect from even an excellent salesman. He found precisely the car I was looking for a price within my budget and had it in my hands in two days. He even drove 35 miles from the dealer location to pick me up and drive me to the dealership. This is the definition of excellent customer service as far as I can tell from the experience. Paperwork was minimal, transaction was quick, entire staff friendly and accommodating. I will definately be buying any further vehicles I might need from this salesman and this dealership. More

My recent purchase of a new Venza was typical, though they did not have exactly what I wanded on the lot due to reduced production.Dan took extraordinary measures to find what I wanted and did, so we cut a deal. It took some time for the car to arrive and when I went to pick it up, I was informed that Toyota and authorized an additional $500 reduction in price, therefor the deal was reduced by $500. It's a rare thing these days to find that you have to pay less than you had agreed to. The dealership could have kept quiet and I would not have known the difference. Integrity is still alive and well at this dealership! I will continue to use them for my future automotive needs. More
