Things like Fred Anderson Lifetime oil and 50k miles benefit only applies if you are perfect with every schedule maintenance visit. Disappointing there is little forgiveness or comms. Having a 8 yr old benefit only applies if you are perfect with every schedule maintenance visit. Disappointing there is little forgiveness or comms. Having a 8 yr old low mileage vehicle ( < 6.5k/yr)I feel nickel and dimed and tried to be upsold to for every little thing. At the same time getting texted to sell it back to them when I bring in for service. I guess that’s the approach now - make as much money as u can. Honest conversation about true service needs versus reading the Toyota service manual would be a better experience. More
