If I could give zero stars I would. Service department is awful, brand new Tacoma towed in and given excuse basically my fault and given truck back. Took it to another local dealer, the Service department is awful, brand new Tacoma towed in and given excuse basically my fault and given truck back. Took it to another local dealer, they spent an hour diagnosing fault as a bad part and covered under warranty. No problems since but the ordeal Fred Anderson thought was customer focused service ensures I’ll never go there again. More
